How to reach us

IDLab-MEDIA is located on the 7th floor of the new office building “AA Tower” at the Tech Lane Ghent Science Park Campus, near the crossing of highways E40 (Oostende- Brussel) and E17 (Antwerpen-Kortrijk/Waregem).

By car

Coming from Brussels

• On the E40 take exit 16 ‘Merelbeke / R4’.
• Keep driving on the R4 in the direction of ‘Eeklo R4 Gent’ until the Coco-Cola factory (about 4 km). Take the exit ‘N60 Oudenaarde / Zwijnaarde / Gent’.
• Pass underneath the bridge and immediately turn right. Follow the N60 in the direction of ‘Oudenaarde / Zwijnaarde’.
• Keep driving on the N60 until you are at the roundabout. Follow the roundabout to the left (U-turn before the 2nd traffic lights on the roundabout) and drive back in the direction of Ghent.
• Technologiepark is now on your right. Take a right turn onto the campus.
• Follow the one-way-street until you reach the AA Tower.

Coming from Ostend

• On the E40 take exit ‘Gent – Expo’.
• Follow ‘Expo’ and keep driving on the R4 until exit ‘N60 Oudenaarde’. Go right at the end of the road and follow ‘Oudenaarde’.
• Keep driving on the N60 until you are at the roundabout. Follow the roundabout to the left (U-turn before the 2nd traffic lights on the roundabout) and drive back in the direction of Ghent.
• Technologiepark is now on your right. Take a right turn onto the campus.
• Follow the one-way-street until you reach the AA Tower.

Coming from Antwerp

• Follow ‘Kortrijk’ when driving on the E17 in the direction of ‘Gent’. Take exit 8 in Zevergem.
• Go left at the end of the road and keep driving on the N60 in the direction of ‘Gent’.
• Technologiepark is located at the roundabout on your right. Take a right turn onto the campus.
• Technologiepark is now on your right. Take a right turn onto the campus.
• Follow the one-way-street until you reach the AA Tower.

Coming from Kortrijk

• On the E17 take exit 8 in Zevergem. At the end of the road keep driving on the N60 and follow ‘Gent’.
• Technologiepark is located at the roundabout on your right. Take a right turn onto the campus.
• Follow the one-way-street until you reach the AA Tower.

Coming from Ghent

• Take the N60 in the direction of ‘Oudenaarde’.
• Keep driving on the N60 until you are at the roundabout. Follow the roundabout to the left (U-turn before the 2nd traffic lights at the roundabout) and drive back in the direction of Ghent.
• Technologiepark is now on your right. Take a right turn onto the campus.
• Follow the one-way-street until you reach the AA Tower.

By public transport

Several buses drive between Gent Sint-Pieters railway station and Technologiepark: Lines 48, 49, 50, 70, and 71. Lines 50 and 70 will take you directly to the campus and the last stop is closest to the AA Tower ('Zwijnaarde Technologiepark (parkeergebouw)'). For the other lines:

• Get off at the stop marked ‘Bollebergen’ at Grote Steenweg Noord.
• Technologiepark is straight in front of you on the other side of the soft verge.
• Walk into the park to the roundabout. You can see the AA Tower on your left.
